If your company has a culture of internal growth and reward talents, it may be possible that some people in your team wear several hats at some point in time.

For example, a salesperson might be taking on management of the SDR team, while also carrying a quota to hit.

Curious about compensation models for sales members who normally focus solely on closing deals, but who now also have the responsibility of training and managing a small team.
